  "heading": "Protection for the PLA’s functions",
  "text": "(1) Subject to article 8 (interaction with the 1968 Act) the exercise in, under or over the river Thames by the undertaker of any of its functions under this Order is subject to—\n(a) any enactment relating to the PLA;\n(b) any byelaw, direction or other requirement made by the PLA or the PLA Harbour Master under any enactment; and\n(c) any other exercise by the PLA or the PLA Harbour Master of any function conferred by or under any enactment.\n(2) The undertaker must not take any action in the river Thames in relation to the removal from the Order limits of any vessel or other thing except with the consent of the PLA Harbour Master, which must not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.",
