  "text": "In this Schedule—\n“the appeal parties” means the relevant authority, the undertaker and any requirement consultees;\n“business day” means a day other than a Saturday or Sunday which is not Christmas Day, Good Friday or a bank holiday under section 1 of the Banking and Financial Dealings Act 1971;\n“relevant authority” means the relevant planning authority, relevant highway authority, relevant traffic authority, relevant street authority, or the owner of a watercourse, sewer or drain as may be appropriate to the consent, agreement or approval sought; and\n“requirement consultee” means any body named in a requirement as a body to be consulted by the relevant planning authority in discharging that requirement.",
