  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Cosmetic Products (Safety) Regulations 2004 (S.I. 2004/2152) (“the Principal Regulations”) to correct an error that was introduced by the Cosmetic Products (Safety) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2006. These Regulations amended the Principal Regulations by prohibiting the placing on the market or the supply of certain substances in hair dyes after 31st November 2006. These Regulations correct that date to 30th November 2006.",
