# The Costs in Criminal Cases (General) (Amendment) Regulations 2008, Regulation 3: Amendments to the Costs in Criminal Cases (General) Regulations 1986


For regulation 3(2) substitute—
“(2) When making an order under paragraph (1), the court may take into account any other order as to costs which has been made in respect of the proceedings.”.
