Coming into force 18th October 2004
The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 19, 19A, 19B and 20 of the Prosecution of Offences Act 1985, and having consulted the Crown Court Rule Committee and the Magistrates' Courts Rule Committee, hereby makes the following Regulations:
