  "text": "Except for paragraphs 189 (apparatus of Uniper in streets subject to temporary prohibition or restriction of use and public rights of way), 192 (retained apparatus), 193 (removal or replacement of apparatus), 194 (expenses) and 195 (indemnity) of this Part of this Schedule which will apply in respect of the exercise of all or any powers under the Order affecting the rights and apparatus of Uniper, the other provisions of this Part of this Schedule do not apply to apparatus in respect of which the relations between the undertaker and Uniper are regulated by the provisions of Part 3 of the 1991 Act.",
