# The Cottam Solar Project Order 2024, Paragraph 190: Protective works to buildings

Extent: E+W

The undertaker, in the case of the powers conferred by article 18 (protective works to buildings), must exercise those powers in accordance with paragraph 192 (retained apparatus) so as not to obstruct or render less convenient the access to any apparatus or alternative apparatus.
