# The Cottam Solar Project Order 2024, Paragraph 223

Extent: E+W

The undertaker may not under the powers of this Order acquire, extinguish, suspend, override or interfere with any rights that Tillbridge has in respect of any apparatus or has in respect of the Tillbridge Work Area without the consent of Tillbridge, which must not be unreasonably withheld or delayed but which may be made subject to reasonable conditions.
