# The Cottam Solar Project Order 2024, Paragraph 225

Extent: E+W

(1) The undertaker must give to Tillbridge not less than 28 days’ written notice of its intention to commence the construction of the specified works and, not more than 14 days after completion of their construction, must give Tillbridge written notice of the completion.
(2) The undertaker is not required to comply with paragraph 224 or sub-paragraph (1) in a case of emergency, but in that case it must give to Tillbridge notice as soon as is reasonably practicable and a plan, section and description of those works as soon as reasonably practicable subsequently and must comply with paragraph 224 in so far as is reasonably practicable in the circumstances.
