To ensure its compliance with this Part, the undertaker must before carrying out any works or operations pursuant to this Order within Tillbridge Work Area or within 25m of the Tillbridge Work Area request up-to-date written confirmation from Tillbridge of the location of any apparatus or proposed apparatus.
