# The Cottam Solar Project Order 2024, Paragraph 32: Arbitration

Extent: E+W

Save for differences or disputes arising under paragraphs 24(2), 24(4), 25(1), and 26, any difference or dispute arising between the undertaker and National Grid under this Part of this Schedule must, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the undertaker and National Grid, be determined by arbitration in accordance with article 42 (arbitration).
