# The Cottam Solar Project Order 2024, Paragraph 33: Notices

Extent: E+W

Notwithstanding article 44 (service of notices), any plans submitted to National Grid by the undertaker pursuant to paragraph 26 must be submitted using the LSBUD system (https://lsbud.co.uk) or to such other address as National Grid may from time to time appoint instead for that purpose and notify to the undertaker in writing.
