# The Cottam Solar Project Order 2024, Paragraph 60

Extent: E+W

(1) Where practicable, the undertaker and Northern Powergrid will make reasonable efforts to liaise and cooperate in respect of information that is relevant to the safe and efficient construction, operation and maintenance of the authorised development.
(2) Liaison under sub-paragraph (1) must be carried out where any works are—
(a) within 15 metres of any above ground apparatus; or
(b) to a depth of up to 4 metres below ground level under any apparatus.
