# The Cottam Solar Project Order 2024, Paragraph 76: Notices

Extent: E+W

The plans submitted to Cadent by the undertaker pursuant to paragraph 69(1) must be sent to Cadent Gas Limited Plant Protection by e-mail to plantprotection@cadentgas.com copied by e-mail to landservices@cadentgas.com and sent to the General Counsel Department at Cadent’s registered office or such other address as Cadent may from time to time appoint instead for that purpose and notify to the undertaker in writing.
