  "text": "In this Schedule—\n“relevant planning authority”, unless as provided otherwise, means—\n(a)Lincolnshire County Council for the purposes of—\n(i)Requirement 6 (battery safety management);\n(ii)Requirement 11 (surface and foul water drainage);\n(iii)Requirement 15 (construction traffic management plan);\n(iv)Requirement 18 (public rights of way);\n(v)Requirement 19 (soils management); and\n(b)West Lindsey District Council and Bassetlaw District Council for the purposes of—\n(i)Requirement 3 (approved details and amendments to them);\n(ii)Requirement 4 (community liaison group);\n(iii)Requirement 5 (detailed design approval);\n(iv)Requirement 7 (landscape and ecological management plan);\n(v)Requirement 8 (ecological protection and mitigation strategy);\n(vi)Requirement 9 (biodiversity net gain);\n(vii)Requirement 10 (fencing and other means of enclosure);\n(viii)Requirement 13 (construction environmental management plan);\n(ix)Requirement 14 (operational environmental management plan);\n(x)Requirement 16 (operational noise);\n(xi)Requirement 20 (skills, supply chain and employment);\n(xii)Requirement 21 (decommissioning and restoration);\n(c) Nottinghamshire County Council and Lincolnshire County Council for Requirement 12 (archaeology);\n(d)Lincolnshire County Council... for Requirement 22 (long term flood risk mitigation).\n“relevant highway authority” means the highway authority for the highways that are the subject of a construction traffic management plan submitted pursuant to requirement 15(3).",
