# The Council Tax Benefit (Permitted Totals) (Amendment) Order 2001, Article 2: Amendment of article 2 of the Council Tax Benefit (Permitted Totals) Order 1996


In article 2 of the Council Tax Benefit (Permitted Totals) Order 1996 (permitted total of benefit allowed in exercise of a discretion) for “100.1%” there shall be substituted “100.025%”.
