# The Council Tax (Discount Disregards) (Amendment) Order 2011, Article 1: Citation, extent and commencement


(1) This Order may be cited as the Council Tax (Discount Disregards) (Amendment) Order 2011.
(2) This Order extends to England and Wales and comes into force on 13th May 2011.
