# The Council Tax (Discounts) (Scotland) Amendment Order 1997, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Council Tax (Discounts) (Scotland) Amendment Order 1997 and shall come into force on 1st April 1997.
(2) In this Order, “the principal Order” means the Council Tax (Discounts) (Scotland) Order 1992.
