  "text": "This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of defects in S.I. 1999/1522 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.\nCOUNCIL TAX, ENGLAND\nMade 22nd February 2000\nLaid before Parliament 29th February 2000\nComing into force 1st April 2000\nThe Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 4 of the Local Government Finance Act 1992 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:",
