# The Council Tax (Exempt Dwellings) (Amendment) (England) Order 2000, Introduction: Introductory text


This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of defects in S.I. 1999/1522 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.

Coming into force 1st April 2000
The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 4 of the Local Government Finance Act 1992 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
