# The Council Tax (Exempt Dwellings) (Amendment) (Wales) Order 2000, Introduction: Introductory text


This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of defects in S.I. 1999/1522 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.
COUNCIL TAX, WALES
Made 31st March 2000
Coming into force 1st April 2000
The National Assembly for Wales makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by section 4 of the Local Government Finance Act 1992 which are now vested in it so far as exerciseable in Wales:
