Article 2 Amendment of Order

(1)

The Council Tax (Exempt Dwellings) (Scotland) Order 1997^f1 shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of this article.

In article 2 (interpretation), after the definition of “registered housing association”, there shall be inserted the following definition:–

““registered social landlord” has the meaning given in section 111 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001^f2;”.

(3)

In paragraph 8(a) of Schedule 1 (dwellings awaiting demolition), after “authority”, there shall be inserted “, a registered social landlord”.
