  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend Part II of Schedule 2 to the Council Tax (Transitional Reduction Scheme) (England) Regulations 1993.\nThe amendment, which relates to the definition of “N” in the formulae set out in paragraph 2 of that Part, substitutes a reference to paragraph 2(5) of Part I of Schedule 2 to the Regulations for the reference to paragraph 4 of that Part.",
