  "text": "The following provisions of the Counter-Terrorism Act 2008 shall come into force on 1st October 2009—\n(a) sections 40 to 61 (notification requirements);\n(b) Schedule 4 (notification orders);\n(c) Schedule 5 (foreign travel restriction orders); and\n(d) Schedule 6 (notification requirements: application to service offences).",
