# The Counter-Terrorism Act 2008 (Commencement No.7) Order 2012, Article 2


Section 27 (meaning of “terrorism offence”) of the Counter-Terrorism Act 2008 shall come into force on 26th July 2012 only in so far as it extends to England and Wales and Scotland.
