# Counter-Terrorism Act 2008, Paragraph 12


The following provisions do not apply in relation to service offences—
(a) section 43 (offences dealt with before commencement);
(b) section 45 (sentences or orders triggering notification requirements);
(c) section 53 (period for which requirements apply).
