# Counter-Terrorism Act 2008, Paragraph 32


(1) An offence under this Schedule may be committed by a United Kingdom person by conduct wholly or partly outside the United Kingdom.
(2) Nothing in this paragraph affects any criminal liability arising otherwise than under this paragraph.
