  "text": "(1) As soon as reasonably practicable after the end of each calendar year, the Treasury must—\n(a) prepare a report about their exercise during that year of their functions under this Schedule, and\n(b) lay a copy of the report before Parliament.\n(2) Sub-paragraph (1) does not apply in relation to a year if no direction under this Schedule is in force at any time in that year.",
