In section 3—
(a)subsection (1)(c);
(b)in subsection (7) the words “within 7 days of the court's giving permission or (as the case may be) making its determination on the reference”.
Section 8(8).
In the Schedule, in paragraph 5(1)(a) the words “, at any time after a control order has been made,”.
