  "text": "Schedule 5 makes provision for foreign travel restriction orders prohibiting persons to whom the notification requirements apply from—\n(a) travelling to a country outside the United Kingdom named or described in the order,\n(b) travelling to any country outside the United Kingdom other than a country named or described in the order, or\n(c) travelling to any country outside the United Kingdom.",
