  "text": "(1) Paragraph 20E is amended as follows.\n(2) In sub-paragraph (1), for “the responsible” substitute “ a ”.\n(3) In sub-paragraph (2), for “the responsible” substitute “ a ”.\n(4) In sub-paragraph (3)(b), for “2 years” substitute “ 5 years ”.\n(5) After sub-paragraph (3) insert—\n“(4) In this paragraph “chief officer of police” means—\n(a) a chief officer of police of a police force in England and Wales,\n(b) the chief constable of the Police Service of Scotland, or\n(c) the Chief Constable of the Police Service of Northern Ireland.”",
