# Counter-Terrorism and Border Security Act 2019, Paragraph 3


(1) Section 63M (retention of section 63D material for purposes of national security) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (1), for “the responsible” substitute “ a ”.
(3) In subsection (2), for “the responsible” substitute “ a ”.
(4) In subsection (3)(b), for “2 years” substitute “ 5 years ”.
