# Counter-Terrorism and Border Security Act 2019, Paragraph 58


(1) An examining officer may enter a vehicle for the purpose of exercising a function conferred on the officer by virtue of this Schedule.
(2) In this paragraph “vehicle” includes an aircraft, hovercraft, train or vessel.
