# Counter-Terrorism and Border Security Act 2019, Paragraph 59


(1) An examining officer may if necessary use reasonable force for the purpose of exercising a power conferred on the officer by virtue of this Schedule.
(2) Sub-paragraph (1) does not apply in relation to the powers conferred by paragraphs 1 or 2.
