  "text": "In section 34 of the Children and Young Persons Act 1933 (attendance at court of parent of child or young person charged with an offence), after subsection (11) insert—\n“(12) The reference in subsection (2) to a child or young person who is in police detention includes a reference to a child or young person who has been detained under Part 1 of Schedule 3 to the Counter-Terrorism and Border Security Act 2019; and in subsection (3) “arrest” includes such detention.”",
