# The Counter-Terrorism and Security Act 2015 (Commencement No. 3) Regulations 2015, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations bring into force, on 1st October 2015, those parts of section 25 of the Counter-Terrorism and Security Act 2015 (“the Act”), and of Schedule 5 to that Act, that are not already in force. These are paragraphs 12 to 14 of Schedule 5 to the Act and section 25 of the Act, so far as relating to those paragraphs. These provisions relate to rail and maritime transport.
