# The Counterfeit Goods (Customs) Regulations 1987, Regulation 6


Following upon a decision by them under Article 3(3) of the Council Regulation granting the application the Commissioners will monitor entries of imported goods for a period of three months beginning on a date agreed by them and upon payment of a fee of £500.
