# The Countryside Access (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1999, Regulation 1: Title, commencement and extent


These Regulations may be cited as the Countryside Access (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1999, shall come into force on 17th September 1999 and shall apply to England.
