  "text": "The appointing authority must:\n(a) notify the Countryside Council for Wales (the Council) of the names and addresses of all persons appointed to be members (including Chairs and Deputy Chairs) of forums and of any changes in the membership of those forums;\n(b) send to the Council a copy of each annual report when approved; and\n(c) provide the Council on request with such other information as to the activities of any forum as the Council may reasonably require.",
