  "text": "The access area shall be a continuous area of land consisting of—\n(a) a strip or strips of land 10 metres wide (“access route”);\n(b) a whole field or whole fields;\n(c) a part of a field or parts of fields; or\n(d) any combination of (a) to (c) above.",
