  "heading": "Application to the Broads Authority.",
  "text": "(1) Sections 6 to 9 of this Act shall have effect as if the Broads Authority were a local authority.\n(2) Sections 10, . . . and 20 of this Act shall have effect as if the Broads Authority were a local planning authority.\n(3) Section 16 of this Act shall have effect as if the Broads Authority were a local planning authority and the Broads were a National Park.\n(4) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n(5) Sections 43 to 45 shall have effect as if the Broads Authority were a local authority.\n(6) In this section “the Broads” has the same meaning as in the Norfolk and Suffolk Broads Act 1988.",
