# Countryside (Scotland) Act 1967, Section 74: Expenses.

Extent: S

(1) The Secretary of State may pay such sums in respect of the expenses of Scottish Natural Heritage as he may, with the consent of the Treasury, determine.
(2) There shall be paid out of moneys provided by Parliament—
(a) any expenses incurred by the Secretary of State under this Act; and
(b) any increase in the sums payable out of moneys so provided under any enactment relating to local government in Scotland ....
