  "text": "Any order under this Act may be varied or revoked by a subsequent order made in the like manner and subject to the like provisions:\nProvided that, without prejudice to the making of a new access order under Part II of this Act, an access order under the said Part II shall not be varied so as to comprise land not comprised in the original order.",
