# Countryside (Scotland) Act 1981, Paragraph 3


In section 43(5) (ploughing of public right of way), for the words from “, after” to “intention, may” there shall be substituted the words “on whom a duty is imposed in relation to that way by section 46(1) of this Act may, after giving to the occupier not less than 14 days’ notice of their intention,”.
