  "text": "(1) This Act may be cited as the Countryside (Scotland) Act 1981.\n(2) This Act will commence on such date as the Secretary of State may prescribe by order made by statutory instrument, and different dates may be prescribed for different enactments.\n(3) This Act applies to Scotland only.",
