  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations further amend the Countryside Stewardship (England) Regulations 2020 (“the 2020 Regulations”) (S.I. 2020/41) and are made pursuant to section 98 of the Environment Act 1995 (c. 25).\nRegulation 2 amends, with effect from 27th September 2023, the maximum payment rates per agreement year for six management activities carried out as part of a countryside stewardship agreement under regulation 3 of the 2020 Regulations.\nA full impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no, or no significant, impact on the private, voluntary, or public sector is foreseen.",
