  "text": "(1) The Countryside Stewardship (England) Regulations 2020 are amended as follows.\n(2) In regulation 5(3)—\n(a) after “agreement” insert “only”;\n(b) for “any” substitute “an”.\n(3) Omit regulations 14, 16(6)(b) and 16(8).\n(4) In regulation 15, omit the words from “, together with” to “regulation 14,”.\n(5) In the Schedule—\n(a) in Part 2, in the table—\n(i) under the heading “8. Uplands”, after the entry “(f) Upland livestock exclusion supplement” insert—\n“\n(g) Management of wood pasture and parkland\nManagement of existing upland wood pasture and parkland\n£212 per ha\n(h) Restoration of wood pasture and parkland\nRestoration of upland wood pasture and parkland\n£316 per ha\n(i) Creation of wood pasture\nCreation of new upland wood pasture\n£333 per ha\n”;\n(ii) under the heading “9.
