  "text": "Any requirement in a stewardship agreement to make a grant under these Regulations to an eligible person shall be subject to the following conditions—\n(a) that he is not in breach of any of the terms of the stewardship agreement by which he is bound,\n(b) that he complies with the requirements of regulations 7 and 8 below, and\n(c) that he maintains an interest in the agreement land.",
