# The Countryside Stewardship Regulations 1998, Regulation 12: Recovery of payments


In any case where an amount falls to be paid to the Minister by virtue of, or by virtue of action taken under, these Regulations or the Commission Regulation in so far as it relates to agreement land, the amount so falling to be paid shall be recoverable as a debt.
