  "text": "(1) Payment of grant may be made in relation to any activity specified in Parts I, II or III of Schedule 1, at any time during or after the agreement year.\n(2) Grant payable in relation to any activity specified in a special project agreement shall not exceed 120% of the loss of income and additional costs incurred as a result of carrying out that activity.",
